Can you monogram items I provide?
Yes. We are happy to monogram those special items you have. There will be no quantity discounts for items you provide, so check with us first to see if we can get a better price for you on apparel and promotional items.

How can I get my items to you?
In the Knoxville area:
Simply drop them off at the Southern Market, 5400 Homberg Drive, Knoxville, TN 37919. The staff there will be happy to help you choose thread colors and font styles. We drop off and pick up your orders every Wednesday morning. (If you need it before then, just let the Southern Market staff know – we’re happy to help with those last-minute gifts!)Outside the Knoxville area:
Mail the items to Logo&Stitch, 9925 Elkins Rd., Heiskell, TN 37754. Be sure to include all important info, including your name, address, phone number or email address, font choice, color, placement, and date you need it back. -
What if I don’t see the thread color I want?
We have other colors available and will do our best to match the color you are looking for. Include a note in the comments section of your order so we can accommodate you.

What is your return policy?
- A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained from Logo&Stitch by calling 865-661-2574. This number allows us to track your package through the return process. This RGA must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. Failure to indicate this RGA number on the outside of your package may result in delayed processing time. No claim for return will be accepted without first obtaining an RGA number from a customer service representative of Logo&Stitch.
- A copy of the original invoice with the returned item circled must accompany the RGA.
- All personalized gifts or promotional products are non-returnable. If the products are damaged (see Damaged Goods below), they will be replaced using the exact embroidery as the original order. If there is a change in the embroidery, it will be charged as a new item.
- All returns that are not damaged of a defect in materials or workmanship will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. These goods must also be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Logo&Stitch. If it is determined that there is no damage, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost and no credit will be issued.
- Any applicable return postage credits will be issued only if the package is returned using standard US Postal Service. Credits will not be issued for upgrade to Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation of Insurance.
- Returns will not be processed for customers with past due account balances until the account is made current.

Damaged and Shortage Claims
Claims for damaged goods, due to shipping, or shortage must be reported to Logo&Stitch within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with UPS. An RGA number must be obtained before returning to Logo&Stitch.
Returns for any reason will not be accepted without an RGA number issued by Logo&Stitch.
